Top US jewellers will be jetting home from Dallas today with their heads crammed full of ideas.
They've been attending the VNU Fine Jewellery CEO Summit, which aims to provide industry leaders with ideas on how to tackle the pressing issues of the day.
The show commenced on Tuesday (February 21st) and will wind up today, with over 200 movers and shakers in attendance.
Although the three-day event kicked off with a cocktail reception and dinner, it wasn't too long before attendees got down to business.
Business guru Jason Jennings delivered the opening keynote speech, which was designed to provide jewellery industry players with hints and tips on how to boost sales and profits.
Container Store CEO Kip Tindells picked up where Jennings left off yesterday morning with a rabble-rousing breakfast keynote performance.
Seminars and speeches were geared around a number of other key areas, including: branding; customer service; experiential retailing; the science of shopping; supply chain management and online retailing.
