HALLE BERRY WEARS AMRAPALI

22. HALLE BERRY WEARS AMRAPALI

Halle Berry wore Amrapali of Jaipur's stackable gold bangles, gold ring and gold hoop earrings to the BFI London Film Festival screening of "Things We Lost in the Fire" which was held recently in London. Based in Jaipur, Amrapali is one of India's premiere fine jewellery houses. Renowned for their beautiful, modern interpretations of classical Indian fine jewellery, the pieces, have a rich heritage and a design language all of their own.

CREDITS:

Amrapali was founded in 1978 by Rajesh Ajmera and Rajiv Arora - two young graduates with a passion for ancient history, and a vision for re-introducing long forgotten Indian jewellery designs and manufacturing techniques to the world.

From simple beginnings, the company now employs more than 1,000 skilled artisans, and is a favourite of The Queen of Bhutan and the Maharani of the Jaipur Royal Family. Worldwide, the Amrapali collections can be found in London's Selfridges, Gallerie Lafayette in Paris, De Bijenkorf in Amsterdam, Tsum in Moscow and Globus in Switzerland.
